Jeff is passionate about meditation. He has been doing it for many years and hopes everyone will start experiencing the joys of daily practice! He has created a very simple audio guided meditation for those who have never tried it and are unsure where to start.

There are ten guided meditations that you can download and listen to on your computer, laptop, smart phone, tablet or any other mobile device. Each meditation consists of 2-3 minutes of simple instructions followed by five minutes of relaxing music. It’s short and simple – meant to get people started on their own meditation practice.
