A little about Jeff’s Qi Gong class:
Jeff’s Qi Gong class is open to everyone of all abilities. It’s suitable for people who have never tried Qi Gong and for those who have done it before or taken one of his previous classes. The basic concepts of Qi Gong will be introduced and you will learn exercises that can be done at home to build energy, and improve overall health and well being. It’s going to be a lot of fun! Come on out and give it a try. Bring a friend or family member and make it a weekly date!

You have no idea what Qi Gong is and think it might be some sort of vegetable dish
You have done it before and want to get back into it
You need a ‘lift’ and want to improve your energy levels
You would like to improve your ability to handle stress and decrease its effect on your body

If you can gather a minimum of ten people together then drop us a line and we will set up a class for your group. Jeff teaches on the following topics:

Healthy Hormones – TCM Food Cures and Techniques (lecture)
