There are some fantastic seminars that are free to attend after paying the $15 weekend admission price, or $10 for the day.
While there are a lot of product demonstrations and samples of goodies to try out, the Health Show is just a good reminder to take care of ourselves. Ultimately staying healthy and well is our own responsibility!
